I grew up in Overland Park, Kansas, where I went to Blue Valley North High School. Kansas State was always my destination for college. The art program there really helped me to grow as a designer and as a person. I had the opportunity travel and study abroad in France and England. That trip in particular, opened my eyes to other cultures and taught me how to view design and life in many different ways.

I graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design, a BFA in Photography and two great internships with the University.

I have worked at Sprint in their User Experience Design Team as a visual designer. There I learned a lot more about interactive design. I currently work at Varsity Yearbook as a Customer Service Associate and Marketing Liaison. I worked my way up from Creative artist to Art Lead of the Art Department. These jobs have helped me to work more quickly and efficiently as well as expand my skill set.
